Roof Replacement and Attic Insulation

ROOF REPLACEMENT 

#1. Remove all of existing layers of roofing from house, remove all of the existing gutters and downspout, expose the existing wood sheathing throughout and perform an inspection to determine if any dry rot damage is existing. If dry rot damage is found, repair it.

#2. Install all new gutters and downspouts to replace those previously removed.

#3. Install 30lb. roofing felt over the existing wood sheathing, install all new pipe and vent flashing and install 30-year rated fiberglass composition shingles to replace those which have previously been removed. Install all new perimeter edged metal flashing.

ATTIC INSULATION 

#4.Install R-19 insulation throughout the attic of the home.
