Completely remove the existing rear foundation, perform excavation of this area to allow for the replacement of this foundation with a new concrete, steel reinforced foundation.
Haul away all excavated dirt and debris from site associated with the above described project.
Install all required reinforcing steel Rebar and forms, pressure treated mud sill, anchor bolts and a hold down brackets, which will be bolted to the new rear wall framing.
Pour the new concrete foundation and remove the forms, at this point, proceed with the previously contracted work for the replacement of the rear wall.
