DECK /ARBOR CONSTRUCTION
Construct a new deck adjacent to the rear side of the house, all framing will be pressure treated material, all decking will be composite. All framing connections will be reinforced with Simpson framing brackets.
Construct a new arbor in front of both the rear windows at the location of the new deck construction, both arbors will be constructed out of construction heart redwood.
PATIO ROOF CONSTRUCTION
Completely remove the existing patio enclosure and the open framed portion of the patio roof, leaving behind the portion of the patio roof that is currently covered with corrugated plastic roofing. Perform an inspection after the removal of the corrugated plastic to determine if any dry rot repairs are necessary. If dry rot damage is found, an additional estimate will be provided to you.
Install 5/8” thick plywood sheathing over the top of the exposed patio roof framing. Install one layer of base sheet and two layers of torch applied roofing.
