RETAINING WALL
Remove the existing retaining wall measuring approximately 50 feet in length, adjacent to the left side property line. Perform excavation as required to allow for the installation of a new concrete retaining wall to replace that which has previously been removed.
Install all required reinforcing steel Rebar, forms and pour the new concrete retaining wall to replace that which has previously been removed.
Install a brick cap over the new retaining wall to match the look of the original wall.
DRAINAGE SYSTEM
Install a perforated drain line wrapped with fabric filter and backfilled over with drainage rock behind the new retaining wall, the termination line will extend below the sidewalk, out to the adjacent street curbside.
