Jeff Land has been working the field of residential design since 1975. Some of his outstanding work has been published in Sunset magazine. Formally a principal partner of the Pacific Wave Design Group, Mr. Land managed the firm’s design and planning division. Considered one of California’s premiere designers, Mr. Land has served as head designer for large scale developments from the $80 million Smith Ranch Hills Retirement Community (San Rafael, CA) to high end residential and commercial projects to state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheaters while employed at Treffinger, Walz and MacCleod of San Rafael, California.

Land’s exceptional reputation as a designer has manifest itself in custom residences, numerous high end remodels and of particular note, several estate homes throughout Marin County, and the wine country of Northern California. Focusing in the bay area, Land is well versed in the regional planning regulations affecting design and construction. Mr Land’s progression through the design profession as carpenter, construction manager and ultimately a published designer has proven to be invaluable. Montclair Construction is proud to have him.
