Excavate as required adjacent to the front left and right corner of garage door opening, and perpendicularly at the center line support to allow for the installation of a moment frame and concrete support piers below.
Install all required reinforcing steel Rebar at each pier location, pour the new concrete piers.
Install new steel moment frame across garage door opening, and perpendicularly at wall which butts the stairwell as discussed at the time of the estimate appointment. This work includes the attachment to the existing framing of structure and removal of perpendicular support posts, as discussed at the time of the estimate appointment.
INSTALL WALKWAY & DRAINAGE SYSTEM
Remove the existing concrete walkway extending across the rear side of property and the existing concrete walkway, adjacent to the rear left corner as discussed at the time of the estimate appointment.
Perform excavation across the rear side of structure to the base of the foundation footing, this is expected to be a maximum of 30 inches below grade, continue excavation adjacent to the left-hand side to allow for the installation of a termination line.
Install a French drain system across the rear of structure consisting of a perforated drain line wrapped with fabric filter and back filled over with drainage rock, connect to a solid termination line, which will extend down the left-hand side of the House ending in a pop-up valve adjacent to the gate at the top of the driveway.
Install all required forms and reinforcing steel wire mesh, and pour the replacement concrete walkway, gently sloped away from the structure.
