Fence and Retaining Wall Repair

Remove the existing support post for the little L-shaped fence in the right side yard. Excavate as required for the installation of new posts. Install new redwood or pressure treated posts, set in concrete piers 24 inches in depth to replace those previously removed. Re install previously removed fencing. Replace any damaged 1 x 2 fencing slat material.

Install new support posts across the rear fence, as shown in detailed plan provided by the customer at the time of the estimate appointment, Includes all-new framing and replacement of damaged or missing 1 x 2 slats. All posts will be set in concrete piers a minimum of 24 inches deep.

Replace the existing failing dry rot damage retaining wall behind this portion of fence. This will include 4”x 4” posts set into concrete piers a minimum of 48 inches deep, with 2” x 12” pressure treated horizontal framing installed behind posts.

Completely remove the existing fence adjacent to the left side property line, starting from the rear left corner, approximately 50 feet in length, including approximately 20 foot section of fence adjacent to the front left patio, excluding the gate. Construct a new fence to replace that which has previously been removed. All posts will be set in concrete piers a minimum of 24 inches deep. All fenced framing will be construction heart redwood. Install all new 1”x 2” slats to replace those previously removed.

Haul away all debris associated with the above described project from site leaving the area clean of debris.
