Here are some Steps to take care of some roof Leaks.
LEAKS COME FROM ROOF, CHIMNEY FLASHING AND ROOF VENTS AND DOWNSPOUTS / SKYLIGHTS, AND SIMPLY ROOF DECAY.
Properly attach the loose heater vent on the roof with self tapping sheet metal screws. Check all other vents for proper attachments and LEAKS proof all the vents.
Remove the clog from all downspout and attach gutter screens to the gutter, ensure the gutters are draining correctly and there is no sign of sitting water on the roof.
In case of the sky light leaks: Cover the skylight with a tarp and Once the rainy season is over. Examine the skylight and fix accordingly.
